Special Needs Advisory Committee (SNAC)

The Broward County Special Needs Advisory Committee facilitates the execution of the Special Needs Business Plan as prepared by the Broward Regional Health Planning Council (BRHPC). The SNAC is representative of the continuum of Special Needs Care from birth through adulthood. It encompasses Human Services, Education, Medical and Health Services, Funders, and County Government. The SNAC meets quarterly to address specific areas of the Special Needs Business Plan and make recommendations for priority implementation. The SNAC will seek Funding Sources and make recommendations for the budgeting of these funds to implement the Plan.
